Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services on 6zz9, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 6zz9 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.

• 4.1Each person is permitted to hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts — including accounts opened under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers belonging to the same individual — are strictly prohibited. 6zz9 will suspend duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balance held within them.
• 4.2You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, a current mobile phone number registered in your name, and your date of birth when registering. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or another person's identity at any stage of the registration process.
• 4.36zz9 may at any time require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) by submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the time specified by 6zz9 may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• 4.4You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-step verification codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 6zz9 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• 4.5You must notify 6zz9 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious transactions in your account history that you did not initiate.

Section 6

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 6zz9 are subject to the following conditions. 6zz9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any transaction it considers unusual, high-value, or potentially connected to fraudulent activity.

• 6.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 6zz9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits are credited to your account in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• 6.2Withdrawal requests must be submitted to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made. 6zz9 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered account holder's name, or payment methods that were not used for a deposit on the same account.
• 6.3Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification. During periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing may take up to 3 business days. 6zz9 will notify affected players via their registered email address if delays beyond 24 hours are anticipated.
• 6.46zz9 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits or withdrawals processed through the platform. Your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) may apply their standard transfer charges independently; 6zz9 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment provider fees.
• 6.5All funds deposited to 6zz9 must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 6zz9 will reject deposits originating from third-party accounts and may suspend the receiving player account pending investigation. Deposits suspected to be connected to fraudulent, stolen, or unlawfully obtained funds will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• 6.66zz9 reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the outcome of a responsible gaming review, an anti-fraud investigation, or KYC verification. In the event that an account is found to have been used in violation of these Terms, 6zz9 may forfeit some or all of the balance held in that account after providing written notice to the account holder.

Section 8

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 6zz9 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• 8.1Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account registration, verification, deposit, or withdrawal process.
• 8.2Using automated software, bots, scripts, data-scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 6zz9 platform in a manner not intended for human players, including but not limited to automated betting, game manipulation, or odds exploitation.
• 8.3Attempting to launder money, process funds obtained through illegal activity, or use the 6zz9 platform in any way that violates anti-money-laundering (AML) laws applicable in Bangladesh or in any other relevant jurisdiction.
• 8.4Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or sporting event, or sharing real-time game information with persons outside the game in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• 8.5Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, hate speech, or abusive communication directed at 6zz9 staff, customer support agents, or other players through any channel including chat, email, or support tickets.

Section 10

Responsible Gaming

6zz9 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The following tools and protections are available to all registered players and may be activated by contacting 6zz9 support at [email protected] or through account settings where available.

• 10.1Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective, ensuring players have time to reconsider.
• 10.2Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out of their account. This tool is designed to prevent extended uninterrupted gambling sessions and to encourage regular breaks. Session limits take effect from the next login after they are set.
• 10.3Self-exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling has become problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the account is frozen, no deposits are accepted, and no marketing communications are sent. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• 10.46zz9 may, at its discretion and without a player request, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where patterns of play suggest that a player may be experiencing harm from gambling. This includes but is not limited to: unusually frequent deposits following a series of losses, significant increases in deposit amount over a short period, or requests to remove cooling-off restrictions immediately after they were applied.

Amendments to These Terms

6zz9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — 6zz9 will provide advance notice of at least 7 days via a notice displayed on the platform or by email to registered players.

Your continued use of 6zz9 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure at [email protected]. 6zz9 recommends that players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
